Very showy larger specimen from Bou Baker, Oriental Region, Morocco. Matrix face is covered with pink dolomite crystals. Gypsum balls containing lime green devilline are scattered across the dolomite.

A large tanzanite crystal measuring 6.5cm in length and 3.8 cm in width! The color ranges from a deep translucent blue in the center/bottom of the crystal to a combination blue and white around the balance of the crystal. A clear 1.2 cm quartz crystal sitting on the front edge of the tanzanite crystal provides added aesthetics. This specimen is from Merelani Hills, Lelatema Mts., Simanjro District, Manyara Region, Tanzania.

Doubly terminated floater crystal. Great luster. This specimen is from Alaotra – Mangro Region, Ambatondrazaka District, Madagascar.

This is a very good locality specimen from Pohla, Schwarzenberg, Erzgebirge, Saxony, Germany. Several honey/gold high luster crystals display nicely on the matrix.

A largercognac color twinned crystal sits perfectly, with a small accompanying crystal at it’s base, on a thin layer of matrix. Crystal faces are razor sharp. There is no damage on this specimen. The luster is great. This is a quality specimen from Elmwood Mine, Smith Co., Tennessee, USA.
